"Uncle Joe" started the bakery after returning from World War II. Sandy (current owner) came to work after training under Martha and Wesley Wilton in 1968. The Taylors bought the bakery in 1992. Sandy has become the only woman certified Master Baker in Indiana. Younger son(Daniel) joined the bakery after graduating from American Institute of Baking and Kelly School of Business. Daughter(Becky) works behind the scenes as inventory manager and older son(Tim)works as the official taste tester.
