Our father, John Buckner, owned and operated Swensen's, a popular restaurant/ice cream business in the Glendale Shopping Center for many years. Helping our father in his business sparked a desire to follow in his footsteps. As brothers growing up, we were close, both shared our father's passion for ice cream, and together opened Sundae's, our own ice cream shop.
