Growing up in Chicago, it's automatic that your standards for pizza are very high. On every corner in Chicagoland you find yourself face to face with the best pizza in the world. With his passion for pizza, it was only natural, founder Steve wanted to open up shop. Like most Chicagoan's if there is good pizza outside the Chicago region, they find it, but for some reason none could be found in Indy. So, Steve decided in 1995 to open Roselli's.
